Encryption-at-rest setting pending verification

Upstash Redis

VECTOR production persistence is Upstash Redis over HTTPS. Upstash publishes its DPA and subprocessor information. The exact production database region and Encryption at Rest / Prod Pack setting are still being verified before Shopify encryption-at-rest attestation is marked PASS.
